Carefully packaged guarantee

That sounds very normal, right?, but what do we actually mean by that?

Carefully packaged guarantee means:
- With the order, you will always receive a digital packing slip;
- Empty spaces in the packaging are always filled to prevent damage;
- All items are securely packaged and fragile items are extra protected o.a with a fragile sticker on the packaging;
- We try to use as little unnecessary packaging as possible for each item.

Our goal is for all our customers to be happy with the package they receive. We find it extremely important to deliver quickly and well. Of course, something can always happen to the package/envelope during the shipping process that causes damage beyond our control. With the right packaging, we try to prevent this as much as possible.
