Design philosophy that resonates
Comello calendars stand out for a distinctive design language. The layouts are clear without being boring. Colors are used strategically to differentiate months or categories. And there is always attention to readability—what good is a beautiful calendar if you can't read the dates?

The complete Comello range for 2027
For 2027 Comello once again presents a varied range. At Kalenderwinkel.nl you’ll find the complete assortment, carefully selected to meet all planning needs.
Popular categories within the Comello range:
Family planners - The absolute bestsellers with columns for each family member
Wall calendars - Classic month overviews in various sizes
Desk calendars - Compact and professional for the desk
Weekly planners - Detailed weekly overviews for intensive planners
Themed calendars - From nature photography to modern art
The family planners are perhaps Comello’s flagship. These calendars usually offer four or five columns, perfect for families who need to synchronize multiple people’s schedules. Each column has enough writing space, and the layout ensures you can see at a glance where everyone needs to be.
Specific sizes and their uses
Comello understands that not everyone has the same planning needs. A student has different wishes than a retiree, and a freelancer plans differently than someone with an office job.
Small desk calendar (A5):
Ideal for those with limited desk space who still want a clear overview. Fits perfectly next to your laptop and gives a weekly overview at a glance.
Large wall calendar (A3):
For families or home offices where the calendar is a central information point. Offers space for extensive notes and remains readable from a distance.
Compact pocket planner:
Designed for on the go, fits in any bag and keeps your schedule always with you. Comello combines functionality with durable materials.
The quality that makes the difference
When you take a Comello calendar in your hands, you immediately feel the difference. The paper has substance, the binding is solid, and the finish looks neat. This focus on quality is not a luxury but a necessity: a calendar has to last a whole year.
The paper is thick enough to write on without ink bleeding through. That sounds obvious, but many cheaper alternatives fail at this point. With Comello you can write with a fountain pen, ballpoint, or marker without worry.
Sustainability and material use
In 2026 sustainability is no longer a buzzword but an expectation. Comello responds by making conscious production choices. The paper comes from certified sources, and where possible environmentally friendly inks and binding materials are chosen.
This is not greenwashing but a logical step for a brand that has existed for generations. If you want people to buy your products year after year, you also have to think about the world in which they use those products.

How to choose the perfect Comello calendar?
Choosing a calendar is more personal than you might think. It starts with a simple question: what do you want to organize? But soon you get to deeper considerations. Where will you hang the calendar? Who needs to be able to access it? How much detail do you need?
Take the story of Thomas, a freelancer from Amsterdam. He bought standard desk calendars for years until he discovered that a Comello week calendar suited his workflow better. "I work on projects that span multiple days," he explains. "A weekly overview helps me see how tasks are distributed over the week. I missed that bigger picture with a daily view."
Step-by-step guide to the right choice
Step 1: Determine your primary use
Is the calendar for personal use, family planning, or business appointments? This affects the size and layout you need.
Step 2: Choose your location
A calendar on the kitchen wall requires different specifications than one on your desk. Consider viewing distance, available space, and who needs access.
Step 3: Consider your writing habits
Do you write a lot each day? Then you need spacious date boxes. Are you more visually oriented? Look for Comello calendars with inspiring images.
Step 4: Consider extra functionality
Some Comello calendars include useful extras like birthday overviews, vacation planners, or note sections.
Comello in combination with digital planning
We live in 2026, a time when smartphones and cloud calendars are everywhere. Yet paper calendars, and especially Comello editions, remain consistently popular. Why? Because they offer a fundamentally different experience.
Digital natives like Sophie, a 28-year-old marketer, use both systems side by side. "My Google Calendar is for work appointments and automatic reminders," she says. "But my Comello wall calendar in the living room is for the bigger picture. There I can see at a glance which weeks are busy, when friends are coming over, and where I've scheduled time for myself."
This hybrid approach is becoming increasingly popular. The digital calendar excels at notifications and synchronization across devices. The paper Comello calendar offers overview, tactile satisfaction and a break from screens.
Advantages of paper planning in a digital world
Cognitive processing: Writing by hand helps with memory formation
Visual overview: A physical calendar displays time in a different way
Shared visibility: Family members can see at a glance what's happening
Screen break: Check your planning without looking at a screen
Reliability: No battery needed, no software updates
At Kalenderwinkel.nl we understand this complementary role. That's why we offer convenient payment options and ensure your Comello calendar is delivered quickly to your home.
Tips for optimal use of your Comello calendar
Buying a calendar is one thing, using it effectively is another. Here are proven strategies from people who get the most out of their Comello calendar.
Implement a color-code system:
Use different colors for different categories. Blue for work, green for exercise, red for social appointments. This makes your Comello calendar much clearer.
Weekly review moment:
Schedule ten minutes every Sunday to review the coming week. Add new appointments and check that everything is correct. This prevents double bookings and forgotten commitments.
Symbols and abbreviations:
Develop a personal system of symbols. A star for priorities, an exclamation mark for deadlines. This saves writing space and increases readability.
Note monthly goals:
Many Comello calendars have space next to each month for notes. Use this to formulate and track monthly goals.

The emotional value of a paper calendar
There is something nostalgic about turning a calendar page. The physical gesture marks time in a way a swipe on a screen never can. Comello calendars are often passed down from generation to generation, not as a product but as a tradition.
Grandmother Janine from Groningen says: "My grandchildren laugh at me because I still use a wall calendar. But when they visit, the first thing they do is look at that calendar. They see when they'll come again, when grandpa's birthday is, when we're going on holiday. It's our family board."
Belangrijkste onderscheidende kenmerken:
Nederlandse feestdagen standaard opgenomen
Duurzame materialen zonder premiumprijs
Herkenbaar design dat jarenlang consistent blijft
Breed assortiment voor verschillende behoeften
Betrouwbare kwaliteit zonder verrassingen
Planning around Dutch traditions
Sinterklaas and Christmas:
This period requires extra organization. Comello calendars provide space to keep gift lists, menus, and visit schedules.
Spring break and summer vacation:
Families need to request time off, plan travel, and coordinate activities. a clear calendar prevents stress.
Year transitions:
The days between Christmas and New Year are traditionally moments for reflection. Many people use their Comello calendar to evaluate the past year and plan the new one.
Practical considerations when buying
You’ve decided: it will be a Comello calendar for 2027. What now? Some practical matters to consider before you order.
Timing is important. The most popular Comello models can sell out in November and December. By ordering early, you have the full choice and avoid disappointment.
Size and placement should match. Measure the space where the calendar will hang or stand. A calendar that’s too large dominates the room, one that’s too small disappears.
Binding type affects usability. Spiral-bound calendars lie flat, which is handy for desk calendars. Wall calendars hang better with a sturdy hanging hook at the top.
The shipping options are flexible, with a choice between PostNL, DHL, or UPS. Depending on your location and urgency you can select the most suitable service.
